You can activate your license on one browser only.

Q. I have installed the extension on a freshly installed Chrome, how do I get my previous settings back?

If you are using the free version of the extension, you can import the JSON file you have previously exported. If you are using the PRO version, you can insert your license key on the Onboarding modal (Which appears when you install the extension) and your previous settings will be automatically imported.

Q. What happens when my license expires?

If you are subscribed to the yearly plan, and your license expires due to failure of payments, your SuperStart extension will automatically revert back to the free version.

Q. My Video wallpaper playback is sloppy, how do I fix that?

Make sure you are not using a 4k video, and the video size is less than 50mb.
